The .gov auctioned some armored vans last year. To my knowledge there are no restrictions on owning an armored cash van or armored car. You would have to obey the DOT rules for the weight of the vehicle though. That weight makes the vehicle in the OP an interesting item because you can easily end up operating as a commercial truck subject to $$$$$$ fines if you get the papers out of order. Buyer beware. Doesn't matter. When the zombie/emp/alien/Chinese/invasion/apocalypse happens the area my retreat is in gets feets of snow. Not going any where anyhow. Plus for $99.95 I can buy a plastic top at walmart!
