Yep, another one of those "What did I forget" threads. 
Four of us are leaving in the morning for the Final Four (Go Cats). Its a Bucklet List trip that after Tubby Smith and Billy Gillispee, I was beginning to think I would never get to take. Anyway, its 9.5 hours, deep south driving, TN, AL, MS, LA, and TX. To save money, we're taking my Gas Miser not "BIG BLUE" my diesel so room is a priority, no big BOBs. Defense I have my Ruger LCP and a Springfield XD 9 which is in my Man Purse GHB. GHB is an ultralight, everything for an over night or two except food including a couple lights, multi-tool, small but nice first aid kit,water straw, collapsable bottle, compass, EM Blankets, TP, garbage bags, paracord, the usual a nice kit all and all just no food. I figure we'll stop and get some munchies. Vehicle, well I stripped it for room. I have water, first aid kit (MIL), pump, tire plugs, 1 qt oil, GPS, that's about it for now. Car is 4 years old with 36K miles so in good shape mechanically. Personal items are my usual, 3G Smart Phone, glasses, pocket knife, fire, credit cards, AAA card, about $400 in cash. What must have did I forget guys? Tj |
