I am aware Emergency Essentials has become a sponsor to AR15, at first, I thought it a poor choice since there are many preppers on this site (including myself) which use them as a supplier and it just seemed improper.
I have been using EE for a couple of years and have found them to be reliable, but something has changed in the last four months or so. About three months ago I received an order which included three loosely packed #10 cans in a large box with no padding inside. Two of the cans were damaged and EE was quick to send me a replacement for the damaged goods. Associated with the same order, there were two items missing, even though they were marked as shipped. These too were shipped very quickly. Today I received my latest delivery and once again I have five 4.25 buckets missing from the order. I ordered the ones without the lids but someone included the lids anyway. I just finished calling them and could not leave a message because the voice mail box is "full". I did e-mail them with the information, lets see.... |
| I noticed they are having a very hard time keeping up with demand in general, especially now with the whole Japan thing going on. I live between a couple of their retail stores and they are having a hard time keeping a lot of things in stock every time I go in there lately. I hope they will be able to compensate for the growth they are having, and not provide bad QC or service. |

Quoted: Why would it be improper? A lot of people on this site use stuff from all the sponsors here. That is kind of the point, they are here because their customers are here. Why would it be any different for EE?I am aware Emergency Essentials has become a sponsor to AR15, at first, I thought it a poor choice since there are many preppers on this site (including myself) which use them as a supplier and it just seemed improper. | I to have been ordering from EE for years two weeks ago I ordered some more stuff I then called a day later to see if I could add some more to the order and it took me a while to get through on the phone but got taken care of in about 5 minutes there recording said that they were having high call volume and that it might be a while which is fine for me EE has treated me well on all my orders for years and know that that the panic buyers are suddenly in a rush to get there “survival food” and things are just moving quicker than usual just like in 08 when every one was buying up every thing related to guns. In my opinion EE is doing a great job getting orders out and at least I feel like they have took care of me I know they are a good company and will get to my order just as fast as they can and if it takes a week longer than usual that’s fine and I don’t mind waiting. Two months from now when there is a huge rush on something else I will still be ordering from EE and al the panic buyers will be selling there supplies on eBay to fund the next got to have item. My order from 2 weeks ago showed up while typing this complete and exactly how I ordered it…..thanks EE |
