Great Googly-Moogly! I just exited-out of a new thread I was making, just to post the very same thing!! I second-thoughted it, and decided to tack my comments onto another Japan thread, only to find you've started one. How cool is that? 
Yes indeed, the Japan disaster has got the media spinning up things to report. I'm off today. Got me a podiatrist appointment, and while I am sitting here doing the SF thang, I'm watching Good Morning America. They have a segment on having some preparedness stuff available in case of an emergency. Good things! Its good to see people waking up a little. Its a shame that Japan has to suffer right now, but its good to see more folks in USA telling themselves they need to get some stuff put away so they won't be as vulnerable. |

the thing that gets me is they should be talking a BOB.....because if you have a weeks worth of food and supplies in your house...under 13 ft of water....then it's really not going to do you too much good.
at least for most sheeple....a PC BOB will get them to the super dome. |

They were actually talking about BOB and had guy in NJ that had one. Gave his name, and I think they mentioned the town. The only thing I could think was OMG, complete OPSEC violation. |
