Nice find.

I am  at elevation 32 feet, probably 400 yards from the  North Pacific...  should I be scared?

even with a 60m rise I'll be fine, but everything on two legs east of I-95 will be headed my way

I'm fairly close to the water, but with 300+ feet of elevation I'm not terribly worried.

ETA: Even with a 60M rise I'm still high & dry - with a nice view of the water .

I've been to Japan 3-4 times, have many friends there and it is indeed an amazing country (i.e. temples, food, shopping, bullet trains, castles...).  They have a very solid civil defense program within the country.  However, there is little that you can do when the country is surrounded by water and the density of population per square mile that is simply mind boggling!
