Not that particular model, but have had good luck with the GP5000 and GP5500 models. I think Generac in general is GTG.

I have one,I got it specifically to charge by batteries through my trace sw2500, as it has a nice clean sine wave output, I don't think you can do better for less than $300.
the gas tank seals good so you can store it inside.
one thing I don't like is you have to turn it off to reset an overload
