Why don't we do a hike in the Ocala NF before it gets too hot. 
It is only 97 at my house today, and I am north of there. actually, it IS about time for another 4X4 get together and some trail riding. |

Just checking to see how folks felt about a stroll through the woods. Maybe a different section than last time. I want some tree cover :) I am going down, I hope, Friday morning to set up camp in the wilderness, spend the night, and do a day long hike Saturday. Have to be back Saturday evening to start the Father's Day celebrations, with me as the guest of honor.

Yeah, it would definitely be 5-7 days or so at least for most of us. I'm not sure it would be a good idea to do this time of year if you want anyone to actually show up.
But at some point, I'd like to do it and see who else wants to go. Quoted:

saber hardly finished the last one... I think if we did a more northern route, with tree cover and rolling hills, it might be a bit easier. I am going to do part of that bit of trail this weekend. I have a new tarp (10X10 Etowah) and a new knife to play with. :)
