I was wandering around the yuppy outfitters today and saw tubes of these sitting on the shelf and figured I give them a shot. I like the idea of the no mess tabs. Pretty spendy though.

| Personally, I keep my hydration packs filled with water only, but use bottles for electrolyte tabs. Just check out the ingredients, Waldo, to see if they are packed with sugar and a bunch of stuff like flavoring that really doesn't do what you need. I use something different, but forgot what brand they are. I think there are probably cheaper options out there, but the tabs are better than buying Gatorade or other sports drinks like Propel that have too much sugar and not enough electrolyte |
