So I now have all the food I need for a 1 year shtf for my family. Now let's talk about kitchen supplies to cook up all this bulk food into tasty, delectible dishes they will eat!

I currently have:
12 Qt stock pot
griddle
fry pan
cutting board
muffin pan
4 bread pans
wire cooling rack
3 cookie sheets
2 qt saucepan
12" cast iron fry pan
4 grill racks
rolling pins
measuring cups
can openers
noodle strainers
assorted cooking tools (spoons, ladles, whisk, etc quite a few)
knives

Planned purchases:
Dutch oven
Pressure canner (doubles as a large stock pot)
Coffee Percolator
Coleman camp propane stove

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? I know this isn't the flashy side of survivalism but it is just as important (if not more) than a squad's with of AR's and 10 bijillion rounds of ammo.

A basic aluminum or SS tea kettle. Boils a quart of water very fast using minimal fuel.

What type of can opener do you have? I ask because the wife bought a high dollar one that opened the cans the fancy way so no one could cut them self and there was two bad things about this can opener one it does not open all cans two it broke. Might want to keep a bag of P-38 and P-51 on hand I carry one in my wallet all the time! Never know when you will use one.

There is someone one on the net that sell a lot of them cheap can't remember the name. Maybe someone else will know?

Instead of cans of cooking spray I would recommend getting a Misto sprayer or two.  Re-fillable, unlike the Crisco can.  Not quite as convenient, but a better long term solution for long term food storage.

In a SHTF event, grab the metal racks from your kitchen stove.  You can place them on some rocks or bricks on the side of a fire pit for cooking.

Should we assume this is for bug-in?

Instead of the coleman camp stove have you thought about one of the cast-iron burners that hooks up to a bulk tank?  Something like this or this?  We have one of these (though pretty old and I think heavier, 2-burner) that we keep in our camper and it beats the hell out of the little coleman.  Just a thought.  Regardless of stove, some kind of wind break?

Also, bread baking in the dutch oven?  What are you going to do w/ the bread pans?  I'm curious what other "oven" options are out there.  Not that there's anything wrong w/ a dutch oven, just wonder what alternatives there are.  So...  TAG

MSR Multi-fuel stove.  When propane supplies start to run low, you'll need something else to cook with.  I've had one of these for over twenty years and it's saved my ass on more than one occasion.  Gas, Diesel, Kero, it burns it

multi fuel stove was my thought as well.  do you also have a stash of matches/lighters/lighter fuel?  i like to stash all sorts of firemaking goodies at home (matches, zippos, zippo flints, zippo fuel, fire steel [i need to learn how to start a fire with a bow])

You can never have too much cookware.
