so i ordered some of the mountain house #10 cans about a week ago. tracking says they will be here on the 20th so i make plans to be here for delivery. fedex truck pulls up and i walk outside while the driver is getting my items from the back. so does he go to the door no he runs to the side gate where he lifts the boxes over and is about to drop them on the other side. about a 5 foot drop onto concrete. maybe he would have heard me calling to him if he wasn't wearing his ipod. finally i yelled just before he let go. i can understand not leaving items on the doorstep when it looks like nobody is home but my truck was in the driveway and i was standing on the front steps 15 feet from where he parked. he nearly walked right by me.
anyway the cans are in good shape and the driver is on his way to smash someone elses items.

| Here's one for you. We ordered something from Overstock.com. They deliver the 4 boxes with one of them torn all to hell with stuff falling out. We call Overstock because now some parts are bent. Overstock refunds our money and says if they arent there to pick it up in 5-days - throw it away. 10-days later still no pick up so we sold it on craigslist as is for $75. Crazy. Guess they f-up enough stuff that they dont even bother to come get it. |
