I have read that the collapsable ones are not good for long term storage and that the weak plastic will leak under the pressure.
Well what do you know, I just happened upon a bunch of 5 gal callopsable containers, and of course the price was right. With my economic situation I have no choice but to use them. Has anybody tried spraying them on the outside with polyurethane? It is waterproof, strong, and easy to apply. My brother thinks it either wont work (to prevent leaks) or it will melt the plastic of the container. Any experiences or comments? |
