Ok, I tried the search tool going back 30 days and came up with nothing. What is the shelf life on velveeta?

Velveeta is to Cheese as Spam is to Meat.
I know for a fact that after it's opened it doesn't take long before it gets hard and crusty looking once it's exposed to air. If you keep it sealed in the original packaging I would suspect it would last for quite sometime. Velveeta with Salsa and Sausage. That's some great Cheese Dip. Ummm Yummy.

We have used it well past its "sell by" date routinely..
The others are right, it is only a simulation of cheese. But, it tastes really good
