The wife & I just listened to Gerald Celente interviewed by Alex Jones. I don't listen to Alex Jones much at all, maybe once or twice a year at most. However this was a fabulous interview. I first head Celente on Fox News and decided to look him up on youtube and sure enough, he is there. Maybe someone here has researched him previously and can give a thumbs up/down OPINION. I agreed with everything he said in the interview and am immensely glad that the wife is on board 150%; suppose growing up in Mexico helps her negate the whole "hindsight is 20/20" experience as she wants to prepare as much as we can prior-to. 
We had to chuckle at the hand-made Christmas gifts comment because as we were listening, the wife was sewing Christmas gifts on her sewing machine! I'd welcome transplants such as yourself and hope that the liberal transplants from the left coast are now tired of the bitter cold and are ready to go back home.
