As a side note a sticky of where to get grains per state would be awesome. Being AZ there are not a lot of farmers that I can go talk to. At least not in  Phoenix :)

I can get rice at Sam's Club  $13FRN's per 50Lbs.
Walmart for my beans  .68 cents per pound Pintos
                                 .85 cents per pound Lentils
                                 .89 cents per pound red beans
                                 $1 Navy Beans
