Contents- 8x8 tarp, 20f slumberjack sleeping bag, wraps up in a sack to about the size of a larger football. 100 feet of 550 cord. 50 feet of other cord. First aid kit- pretty much dumped and restocked by myself. Clothes- Depends on season. Cooking- Peak 1 mess kit. Esbit folding stove. Triax bars and hex tabs. 2 cans of sterno. Firemaking- water resistant matches. magnesium bar with flint and hacksaw blade. 2 bic lighters. Water- 4 liters. Water tabs and 2 empty plastic bottles. Food- 3 mre entres, 2000 calories dried fruit and nuts. 700 calories beef jerky. Several base beverages and juice mixes. Light- 1 headlamp and a surefire g2 flashlight. 3 6 hour candles. 2 glowsticks. Mix of stuff- repair items, tape, super glue, shoelaces ect ect. I made this bag and most of the items before i had kids. I now have 3 kids 7 months, 3 years, and 12 years old. Now what the hell do i do ? hinking.gif |
