I got mine to use when I ride my Motorcycle, so I can actually carry stuff with me, without using a full size backpack. Inside I have my daily use stuff, like my wallet, keys, Access Badges, leatherman etc. Also A Sig 228 in the Velcro holster deal. A full nalgeen of water, and a small first aid kit and some paracord are in it as well.

I got one with the intention to use it as a GHB/BOB but I found it on the small side.  Now I use it as an "active shooter" bag.  (I am a detective with a rural southeastern Sheriff's Office.)

Mine has AR15 mags in the main pocket, shotgun shells in an outer pocket, pistol mags and a multitool in an outer pocket, spare cuffs, and a trauma kit.

Not what you were looking for, I know, but it works fine for that application.

it would work as a ghb if you are within a 6 hour walk of home, and not traveling through city.    I still keep my jumbo for trips to the store in sweats or shorts, but my ghb is now a vulture II.  If you like the versipaks, the Colossus is a bit bigger than the jumbo, new for this year

I built my own version as a EDC bag, with a few extras to use as a GHB if the need arose.  I built a large(r) one for my Glock and a smaller one for my Kel-Tec.

Both bags:

Notice I added a Tarp Tent and 3 lightweight aluminum traingle pegs in the rear panel so that if I got stuck using it as a GHB I would have some type of shelter.

Main pocket contents: Handgun, 3 spare mags, leatherman, and falshlight.  The cell phone has it's own pocket on the front of the bag.  Since the picture I have added a bic lighter and a small tinder bunble and 100' Paracord and a collapsable Platypus 0.5 liter water carrier.

It's a little heavy with all that and I will prolly dump some of the ammo to lighten the load, but I've only been carrying it about 2 weeks and still working out the bugs.

I think you could add a Tarp Tent to the Jumbo and it would serve as a small GHB easily.  All of the stuff I listed fits in the main compartment which is a pouch that is 8" wide, 10" tall and 2" deep.

Having the tarp tent with the jumbo, you could use the bag as one of the anchor points very easily, either to trees/poles or to the ground.  That way you only need to have a few pegs to hold the other end to the ground.
