I ordered some from Cabelas and they came in. They are the Standard 100gr. They are extremely solid. MY bow package came with ABC Libertys and I read a bunch of bad reviews. I can't wait to take my first animal this season!

I shot ABC's last season, they are decent broadheads.  Just make sure you get the practice blades for them and shoot em a bunch.

i have no personal experience with slick tricks, but several of my friends have swore them off after losing deer they say they hit good.  i plan on trying them myself this year for the simple fact that they're made right here in NE arkansas

Wow. Thats the first I've read something negative about them. On Archery Talk, a member did a test with several BHs. He shot them into a cinder block. The Slick Tricks were the only BH, IIRC, to stick into the block. A lot of the other high end BHs broke pretty bad. That was enough for me to give them a try.

I've read similiar stories about the ABC Liberty BHs. The blades have a tendency to peel back upon impact. If they could somehow have a more secure locking system that holds the blades together tighter and reinforce at the tip, they would be a lot better. I'm going to shoot both the ABCLs and the STs this weekend. I'll post a little review with some pics.

I've taken my last two does with the Slick Tricks and they did their job without any problems.
