Hello
I have a Vortex Viper 6.5x20 PA and just took it to the range to sight it in. My question is about the Turret zero. I had to turn these a lot to get it sighted in fairly close and I am wondering if I lift the top of the turret and move it to line up with the zero will it mess up my current scope sighting? I watched the top video under the scope picture and it appears that I can but I just wanted to make sure here first. Here is my scope with video.

Nope.  It won't mess up your zero at all.
Just be sure you don't hear/feel for any clicks as you carefully lift and turn your knob.  You've got to lift it high enough to disengage it from the turret gear.
