It's fun when they get in the main line irrigation pipes when you are trying to get them set up. Setting them up on hill and dropping a 12 lb shot put down the top does the trick. You hear claws scraping all the way down. We got 12 out of one pipe once. One person puts in the shot, and two shooters set at the bottom. They come flying out on a dead run usually and you start blasting. It's real fun when 3 or 4 come flying out at once, and trying to get them all. Different method to deal with ground squirrels. |
