Took a 5 year old out Tuesday, his first time fishing. He's HOOKED! LOL, he caught 4 species, including some spot that were still shallow, way up a creek. Big bullhead, some bluecats, spot, and sunfish. He had a little 2' rod and we ALMOST got a 5# bluecat to shore with it. He got to see it, and that was enough! Then, we gorged on ice cream and tater chips! Not a bad day!  |

AWSOME!!! Last Spring our daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons spent the weekend. They went fishing early Saturday morning while we ran into town for an appointment. When we got home we heard all kind of fishing stories. All five of them are now HOOKED. They each caught a large mouth bass. Not very big ones, but they caught one. It was the first fish for our oldest and youngest grandsons as well as our son-in-law. Glad your fishing buddy had a good day. Of course every day fishing is a good day. |
