I recently bought one of these scopes from this thread:
http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=2&f=78&t=173146 As I tried to sight it in, I was impressed by the clarity of the optics, how well built the scope seems and overall appearance. After I zeroed at 50 yds, I moved to 100. It seemed a little off so I adjusted the windage. I got it zeroed and tried 200 yards to see where my POI would be. I got to noticing that after I fire 4-5 shots from my .223 AR that the turretts would turn on their own, throwing the zero off obviously. I tried it while I kept track of where it was set. I set it at "0" and by the time I shot a few rounds, it walked to 1 1/2 "left" . After several tries and experiments, this is what is happening. Is there anyway I'm unaware of to get the turrets tighter? |

Spent the last two months prepping my Leupold MK4 fund... Just sealed the deal at a site sponsor, on account of this thread, for one of these instead. Theres just something about a reliable, friendly, site sponsor that makes me more interested in their product. SWFA + Vortex + LT = happy customer.
ETA: Due to a lack of reviews, I purchased due to your customer service as seen above and throughout your forum. That said, I am a anticictivelypating using the scope and comparing it to others I have used in the past. Count on a review! |
