I'm sorry but I am a little confused 
What pitch and/or barrel/firearm is the Schuster Mfg thread protector used for? Also, when ordering the "thread protector for barrel in for threading" option, does that include the thread protector or does a separate one have to be purchase and in stock? Thanks |

It fits 1/2-28 tpi threads upto .650 long
If you are sending in a barrel to have threaded you would order the "TP for barrel in for threading option" that would include a properly sized custom thread protector to fit your specific barrel. Quoted:
