I want to take a few minutes to say thanks to Jim. I emailed him about 15 times looking for a scope for my AR308. I think I changed my order about 10 times. Finally I decided on the PST 2.5-10x32. He said 3-6 weeks. A week later he called and said it was in, and I got it the next day (yesterday). This is the 3rd scope I have ordered with his guidance and I also have 2 red dots. You have a customer for life. I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing for Jim.

+1 Jim rocks!  He has been very helpful to me and great to deal with.  Its great to have his presence on here, for helping us behind the scenes, and publicly when we have a question, and he can answer it with his direct knowledge or get us the answers we need.  He has great customer service and this is a huge asset to Vortex and to us here on the forum.  It is really nice to know that you can come here, post a question and it will be answered by him, and he will go above an beyond to help.  Also its really cool how he takes our suggestions, and passes them up the line, and he is very sincere about it.

It amazes me how many companies on the industry page do not even respond to questions.  

Two big factors for me when buying a product (besides quality) are if they support our different shooting sports (I shoot 3 gun) and how they are to deal with.

Thank you Jim (and all at Vortex) for your hard work and your presence on here!  I also am a customer for life, and tell everyone I can daily why Vortex is the best optics choice for whatever application you need.

I actually posted a thank you to him a few days ago, but it was meant as a pm, and I deleted it.
