Ordered a 12X on Cyber Monday.
Got an email the next day from Wendy saying my card was declined. Called my bank, nope, I was GTG. Called SWFA and the guy that answered got me sorted out. I screwed up the expiration date when I entered it. (Didnt get guys name, but he was helpful, polite, and prompt.) Got a shipping notice the next morning, and scope showed up today. Thanks SWFA. Ordered before, Ill order again. All you guys having problems with shipping, back order, etc, its amazing what a phone call can do. |
