| This is off topic, but is there anything special in Virginia and Texas that allow dealers to ship direct to the buyer if they are in state? Wondering why i don't see other states doing this. Or is it since you have finger print cards, photo, and signature on the F4; then background check is done by the FBI. You can have the buyer electronically sign the 4473 prior to disposition, since it's only for record keeping and not the background check? Doing so shipping directly to their house? |

I can't speak for Texas, but Virginia does not regulate silencers in any way. Federal law allows for shipping of firearms directly to customers if in the same state as the dealer. Other state and local laws may differ.
