I had purchased a scope from SWFA in January and now it had developed floaters in the tube, I called SWFA and I am unsure who I spoke with, but he gave me an RA# without any questions or problems whatsoever for an exchange for another scope. I have recently had a few "not-so-great" experiences with companies so this was an unexpected and great surprise to say the least. Who'd a thunk it-great prices and great servce.... Thanks SWFA...
