BCM's current handguards are shipping with outdated documentation, last updated 4/21. The Raider rail isn't even mentioned in the documentation that comes with it. It also says your handguards are for only 5.56, yet you sell them on .300 BLK uppers and guns, so....? It would be nice to see it updated to reflect its use on your current line of products, and actually mention the products the instruction ship with, even if you don't add new drawings to the documentation, but just update the text. The detailed nature of instructions makes the omissions/inconsistencies more glaring. Can customers figure out the handguard install with the current instructions? Yes. Does it look like a slip in attention to detail and a feel like a lesser customer experience? Also a hard YES. Have a good one. Thanks for the good products. |
