On July 4th, 2006 Quantico Arms was having a 20% off on all products they carry. I have placed two orders. One arrived (5 BCG's) as promised but the other, order# 1920-1201-8044, is still in limbo. Marcel wrote me an email and also sent an email to Aaron to provide some assistance regarding this order. That was on July 17th. The order# 1920-1201-8044 consisted of 5 16" LMT M4 uppers (as shown on their ad on their website) with handguards, FH, and also 5 BCGs. Can you please follow up on this order? |

First things first, the LMT uppers DO NOT come with hand guards, says so right there on the order page. Yes, I know that is what is pictured. But the description CLEARLY states no hand guards included. As for the hold-up, unless you specified seperate shipping, the bolt carrier groups are holding up your order. I'm very sure these are back-ordered through-out our system. Contact [email protected] to discuss what you would like to do with the order. Of course reference your order number :-) |

If the hold up was for the BCG, I ordered two sets of BCG. One order was for the BCG only and the other was for the BCG and the LMT upper. How come my order for the first group of BCG came through with no problem but the second order was problematic? There was no mentioned of no HG included during the sale. It says it was complete less BCG! If you can show me that same website ad on July 4th specifically with a time stamp on it then I would believe you. The website today clearly states no HG included but it was not mentioned on July 4th sale. Why don't you guys coordinate your responses with Aaron and Marcel? First, I was told that the uppers were back ordered because there were a lot of orders taken that day. Now you are telling me that the BCG is back ordered. Which inventory do you have currently in stock, the uppers or the BCG? Funny, your website does not even mentioned that these BCG's are back ordered! |

I'm here just trying to help out. I do this on my OWN time. I have no direct connection to the online ordering system. I can check the stock in the other stores (always to be verified with a call) with our system. I can tell you that "my" store and the other stores have multiple LMT uppers in stock but no COMPLETE bolt carrier assemblies, I have some bolt carriers and some bolt heads but NO complete ones. LMT is pushing out parts for us as fast as they can. I can only guess that they had enough assemblies to fill your first order but not the second. But again that would be an Aaron question as I'm not directly connected to the online ordering and I am just trying to help out. As far as I know LMT has never included hand guards on the regular uppers. Yes, the web sale could very well have missed listing no hand guards included, thats not something I can verify. Hi All: We ran out of BCG's (we sold well over a hundred) and LMT has them on backorder. We expect to get more in approx four weeks. It is true that our website is NOT tied to our Point of Sale system, so it does not indicate stock status. Fixing that is on my ever-growing list of things to do! Your are correct, the website did (erroneously) list that the LMT uppers came with handguards, which they did not. We included M4 handguards until we ran out. Hi, As I suspected, the top ends and BCGs are on backorder. We are expecting the top-ends within two weeks, but the BCGs will be five to six weeks. We'll ship both as they come in. A couple notes: #1. It something is on backorder, we only charge shipping when the "main" shipment goes out. The follow-on shipment is freight-free. In other words, we'll charge shipping on your top ends, but when the BCGs come in, they will ship freight free. #2. If you want to cancel any or all of your order, please call 703.897.1111 and talk with Aaron or Michelle. #3. As noted, we've taken steps to minimize problems like this in the future. It really is harder to manage seven locations across the US than it looks! Each of my guys wants to bust their ass to provide help, but it sometimes results in confusion. We'll get it right. |
