It appears your order should be shipping soon, they are currently shipping orders from the 9th and 10th, working their way through the list. Your order was on the 11th. They are working all weekend and I am being told it should ship by Monday. As far as the phone line goes, odds are the CS queue was full. Their system will only allow a certain amount of callers on hold as well as callers being serviced. It should ring busy at that point, not say it is disconnected. We will notify the telcom provider of the error.. Rest assured, the CS hotline is not closed. |
