Agreed, I tried using their site to find a dealer in my area, but it wouldn't show me a dealer on the eastern seaboard. 
Is the Elite series that much better than the Helix? I didn't see a decibel rating on the Helix... 
That said, I'm really excited because I have heard a lot of good about this company.
