I can’t find dimensions for interior and exterior at all.

Looking at the one that had the little pouch for the mount too.

I've got one with the Tegris insert. I love it. Using it for my BNVD-50s.

Have several with Tegris inserts. Fits BNVD-SG from NVD, 2x PVS14s, L3 1531s, L3 PVS31A, DTNVG, DTNVS

I wouldn't say I'm a gun nut... but I'd consider extreme enthusiast.
