Just like the last poster, I ordered a MAGPUL UBR stock for my AR since they had them at a great price and I was prepared to wait 2 weeks or so until I heard back but low and behold I too got delivery confirmation notice today as well, KUDOS in these insane times to BRAVO COMPANY, well done Gents!

You guys rock. I'd been waiting for three months for another distributor to ship some parts. They don't return my calls, don't return my e-mails and tell me fibs when I actually talk to someone. F-em, I canceled my order.
I place an order with you guys and you ship it out the next day! How awesome is that. It's like shooting an X on your first shot at 600 yards. You have a customer for life if you keep it up. B |

Finally decided, I've had it after getting the run around and poor customer service. Canceled it and ended up placing an order from BCM. Cost me an extra $150, but better product and better service. I'll pay for that all day long. This will be my 3rd order from them and the first two have had awesome shipping times. Can't wait to see the quality of the upper. |
| Received my first order ever from Bravo Company with some parts for my first build, shipping was quick and when I opened the box I see they threw in a bunch of free swag (stickers, BCM hat, small bottle of Slip 2000 EWL and a dvd on assembling some rifles). Really impressed with the service and quality, looking forward to placing more orders in the future! |
| I have ordered a lot of parts from you all in the past, and just received my second complete upper two days ago, 5 days after ordering it. Your company's attention to detail in your manufacturing process is amazing. I am a target shooter, but I have confidence that if I ever need my rifle(s) for anything more serious, they are up to the task. Thank you very much! |

You guys are awesome! I ordered an upper receiver from you guys 5-31-14 and had it in hand 6-9-14 which is exactly five business days and that only took as long as it did because UPS screwed up lol. It was originally scheduled for delivery 6-5-14 but was delayed by UPS. It's in great condition , came with about 6-8 posters, a few bumper stickers and a hat lol. If I build another AR in the future I'll be using you guys and I will be reccommending you to anyone building. I made the mistake of ordering a lower from another company, I ordered it a couple days prior to ordering the upper from you guys and the lower just shipped 6-13-14 lol. Thank you guys again for awesome products and speedy service! |

Another success story:
- Ordered a 16" ELW-F KMR upper on a Friday - Had it in my hands on Monday - Opened the box and the KMR had a big ol' gouge on the underside - Sent it to BCM and had a replacement in my hands on Thursday AM. The last order I placed with the palm tree place wasn't even acknowledged in that time span. I love, love, love shopping at that place in SC but they need to send a team of people to BCM and take copious notes regarding their logistics and CS. Thanks again BCM. |

i ordered one of the "Blem Uppers", installed a quad rail then mounted it on a spare Colt lower, took it to the range with my favorite reload, upon charging it the first round failed to chamber, i tried several other mags full of my reloads, one of them almost chambered, one bump on the F.A., no fire, tried to eject, the round was so stuck it required myself and a friend to beat on the stock charging handle till it broke, but we did get it cleared, i sent it back to you, you checked it out found it was well within specs and returned it, i bought a new set of RCBS .223 Rem. S.B. dies and now it functions perfectly, after 60 rounds there were NO malfunctions, accuracy is "good" she just needs a little more break in and a better scope. your chambers are "tight" compared to all my other 5.56mm chambered rifles/carbines, about .0025" tighter, it seems all the other chambers are "good enough", not yours, they are "right on" for reference to my plight, see, .http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_118/659381_BCM_UPPER.html oooooh ! BTW i replaced the broken charging handle with this one,  what a great C.H. !
i am not a big spender of parts, (very tight fixed income, i am a retired "Swabie" Airdale type) but you can bet your bottom side, (ass !) when i need a part you will be my "go to guy" |

Paul and BCM thank you for making guns that just work. No BS, no dicking with buffers and springs.
Today i helped a guy who had made one of those 80% lowers. He did it at his machine shop. And did a really crappy job. Along with an upper from a supposedly good manufacturer. This made for a giant turd sandwich. The whole time i'm messing with this thing i'm thinking, man if he just had bought a BCM gun it would function properly the first time. I'm incredibly glad i don't have to mess with that kinda crap and just go to the range and shoot. Thanks again BCM! Job well done. |

Just adding my thanks to the long line of them that have gone before this one....
I got serious about BCM products half a year or so ago and have been making some significant purchases, most notably, a BCM 11.5" upper and lower. The lower has recently been ATF approved as a SBR, and I've got the tax stamp, engraved lower and less money in the bank account to prove it. I'm now waiting for the BCM to approve the suppressor I have purchased for it. In the course of purchasing these major parts from BCM, there have been a lot of additional purchases, from their T-Shirts, to a VFG, and their new butt stock. Every purchase has been delivered very quickly, great communications and .... it is the little things I really have noticed. Nobody packs and ships their products as carefully as BCM. Each box is taped like a work of art, the interior packaging is top notch. They use super-heavy zip lock bags that I am using to haul a multitude of small parts around in my range bag, etc. Oh, and I'm quickly accumulating a huge pile of BCM stickers in the process, even got a hat when I purchased the upper. |
I would also like to thank Bravo Company. Love my new 16" middy reece upper and the included BCG and BCM muzzle comp for free can not be beat! Now I just need to find a place to go and shoot it

Thanks Bravo. Its good to know there are still quality driven companies around. Received a 16" bhf mid-length upper with 13" VTAC and Mod4 CH before the free BCG and COMP deal ended. Top notch quality. awesome upper. I will be ordering a BCG and Mod4 CH soon for my other carbine. Now, if my freakin scope and front site would ever get here, I can have a fun day shooting bad paper guys off the back porch. That mean looking fella on the right has been eye balling me. backorders suck, but what can you do. he will get his soon enough. |

Just received an upper that I'm looking forward to trying out - my first Bravo Company order, and just taking it out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised by a couple extra things thrown in. Mainly the company articles on gear, the stickers and the hat. Little things that make a big difference.
Most companies try to get you to wear their logo by selling the corporate insignia separate as part of some kind of apparel line, as though I need to throw more money at them in order to act as a walking free billboard ad or to show my brand loyalty. This isn't a firearms-industry complaint, nor directed at any company, this is a broad "almost every company in almost every type of business" complaint. Bravo Company just looked at the cost of the upper and said "yeah, throw in a hat", and a hat subtle enough that it could be worn a lot of places while only saying "Hi, I'm a gun person" to people who know what it is. I like it. It's the kind of thing I'll probably wear, and it goes towards building instant good will. As a business practice to greet new customers, I think it's great. Little bits of swag on the side always brighten my day. Heck, even the USMC shirt I got before MEPS over a decade ago made that a better day. |
