I bought one of their ASAP sling mounts a few years ago. Fast forward and 3 moves later and I am finally assembling the rifle and realize that I am missing the locking keys to install this part. I emailed Magpul and told them truthfully what happened and they sent me out new locking keys! That is great customer service in my opinion. Much appreciated!
The part that actually goes through the hole of a belt I forget the proper name broke on one of their gun belts and they sent me a new buckle free of charge. They make solid stuff and have good customer service
I bought a well used PRS stock at a local gun store. The stock was missing the rail cover. I called Magpul and explained I bought a used PRS stock and would like to buy the missing cover. Instead, they sent it to me free of charge.
