I ordered a mounting solution for my VTAC rail and a QD sling swivel to go with it. My package arrived and the swivel was not included. (Big deal, everyone makes mistakes). I called IWC and spoke to Earl directly about 1630 on a Friday. Saturday morning I receive the notice that my swivel has shipped. Fantastic service to take care of that problem without an interrogation about the missing part, and on a weekend no less. 
ETA: Part arrived today, Monday 2 days later. IWC has earned a customer for future equipment needs |
