| If you go to "the other seller who had them on its site", they had some pictures of the 16", but cropped the end of the barrel off. If you're not paying attention, it looks like the 11.5" has a bayonet lug. I've literally never cared about a bayonet lug, but I thought the idea of the FBI requesting one on an 11.5" would be [something else][poor doggos]. |

They are expected to arrive to us from Colt this week, when they do they will begin shipping. Credit cards are only charged when you receive a shipping notification. As always, anyone who thinks it "fell through" and they aren't arriving, it is free to cancel an order with us. They are sold out and we have people lined up to place orders. |

Not to speak for Daniel, but I do no a bit about credit card processing. A retailer can run a credit card authorization, but not actually submit the charge until later. Typically, this happens pretty fast, so going from an authorization to an actual charge is pretty seamless. If there's a delay, the authorization can expire and may reappear when they process the charge for the actual transaction. So, the bottom line here is that there was really no cancellation. BTW, this is actually the proper way to do a transaction when there's a delay in shipping. If I remember correctly, most credit card agreements require shipment withing three days of the charge, though it's largely unenforced unless there's a significant problem with the retailer. I had to purchase from another retailer. Their full charge has already been made to my account. |

| Exactly what Bret said. When you place an order, an authorization of your card is made to verify the funds are there. It is only charged when we ship the products. The authorization is good for 30 days. Beyond that we would need to run a card number in the system again. |

I got the same notification and was literally ready with my credit card in hand. Then I saw the price. Nope. I think something may be wrong. I was able to put 10,000 Colt Canada C20's in my cart at $0 each. Couldn't get through the shipping step though. So much for winning the lottery. |
