My buddy finally decided to get his first AR, and I talked him into building rather than buying complete, as well as encouraging him to order from you guys. I've ordered several items from PSA in the past and been very satisfied.

He ordered the ultralight midlength kit with Magpul furniture 28 days ago and it's still not shipped. Needless to say he's more than a little frustrated and I'm apologizing for sending him to PSA, promising him it's not always like this and trying to convince him that you guys will make it right.  He's contacted customer service several times and gotten no real answers.

Is there any way to expedite this or make up for the significant delay?  I don't want to turn him off ARs or you guys.

It's been 51 days and it's still not shipped. It was in stock when he ordered. What do you advise?

Please contact Customer service directly for order issues.  This is out of the ordinary and they will be happy to issue a refund if needed.
