I just thought I would point out an example of proper customer service, instead of the usual complaining.

My last order was shipped missing two mil spec charging handles. I emailed customer service, received a timely response, with an apology.

Within a couple of days I had a huge package from PSA with the two handles and a free PSA Ball cap!

Now that's how it should be done. I would have really liked to see a coupon for a few $$ off my next order Hint Hint PSA, but I will proudly wear my PSA cap.

I'm anxiously awaiting the Black Friday sale, working crazy overtime to fund my next purchase.

Good to see someone had a good CS experience.

I am, unfortunatly, still waiting for parts from an October 3rd.   Even the order they sent out to me that was supposed to contain my missing parts was missing parts....
