Just wanted to let you guys know, respectfully that you have the worst customer service I have dealt with ever in the gun industry.  I emailed, and called several times to J&T and got the run around from multiple women who did not understand or know the product at all.  I was also promised each time I called that someone would email me back or call me back and it never happened.  In return I ended up purchasing another brand.  

As a local customer, I would have expected better service.

Sorry to hear of you're bad experience.



I on the other hand had a totally opposite experience.

All calls were answered (never had to leave a message), someone always picked up.

Questions not answered on the spot were received same day.

I asked what was in stock and had my kits (3ea) within 2-3 weeks of order.



Again, sorry you had such a bad experience.

joker2041 - I would like to apologize for the poor experience that you had with my company.  In efforts to improve our shortcomings, could you IM me with any further details concerning your experience as far as approximate date of contact, point of contact, who you emailed, products inquired about, and any other pertinent information?  I would greatly appreciate it.
