I received my complete upper assembly yesterday and all loos well with it. The feed ramps have a very generous amount of lube on them but can't tell if the bore has any...does anybody know if PSA also lubes the bore prior to shipping?

You need to clean everything out and lube it yourself. It's a preservative to prevent rust. |

I lubed my BCG tonight...WAY too wet but that's the only way I know lol and I guess better too wet than dry. I didn't realize that was preservative I will clean it thoroughly before I fire for the first time.
My complete lower looks the same way- is that preservative too? |
