[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Class 3 Question

I have a SBR and wanting to install the Magpul ASAP but I don't have the tools or the knowledge to do it. Are yall able to work on class 3 weapons?

I'm sure almost any smith would be able to install it for you. Have you asked in your HTF to see if someone has a spanner wrench and a block?

Any FFL (not C&R) can work on NFA items.
