Buffer and Spring Recommendations?

I am just about finished with my 3 gun build and want to know what buffer and spring combo is recommended for an 18" rifled gas barrel with SLR adjustable gas block? I am considering going with the ACE Ultra lite stock.

Just a plain jane 3.0 ounce standard carbine buffer works great. Standard carbine spring as well.

If using a rifle extension tube, you will of course need to add a spacer in the rear of the extension tube.
