| My new factory built Rock River 9mm will not function with UZI or new Colt magazines. I purchased 3 extra UZI magazines when I purchased the gun and it would not work with any of them. Out of the box day 1 3 would work one would not and one by one they all quit working. Returned 3 for a refund to the place I purchased them from. Purchased two new Colt magazines with plastic followers they do not work either. 95% of the jams are failure to eject. The good news is that the gun runs 100% with Pro Magazines Called the factory yesterday their take was this could not be a magazine problem. And since it works with Pro Magazines just use them. Well I want to be able to use some steel magazines as that is what the gun was designed for. Is any one else having this problem? I am not new to AR15’s have owned them for 25 years. This however is my first 9mm. I did notice that the ejector wiggles is this normal? I have tried adjusting the height of the magazine block as it appeared that it had slipped up. Still working with Pro Magazines but nothing else. What do you 9mm shooters think? |
