I have had a RRA complete upper for a little over a year now, just recently got around to building my lower and assembling the rifle.  Before taking it out for the first time I wanted to make sure which ammo I can run through it.  204 is printed on the barrel which indicates R4-Chrome Lined.  I am assuming this can handle both 5.56 and .223, is this a fair assumption?  Is any other info needed to be sure?  Is there any ammo (besides Wolf) that I should stay away from?  This may be a newbie question but the last thing I want to do is run 5.56 through a .223 only gun.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yes, you can shoot .223 or 5.56mm in your rifle.

Yup...NATO chamber so you're good to go with either .223 Remington or 5.56mm NATO.
