This is my first contest and I dont know all the rules. So I am guessing if you get duped that number cant be drawn, and you have no chance in winning?

No .. no .. the number can still be picked .. but then there is another draw for duped numbers. IIRC

no, but once the duped # is drawn, than the people who picked the # have to undergo another random # pick. by getting duped only 1x it cuts your chances of winning in half...

I just noticed that the other day when I posted my number via mobile that it double tapped due to a weak network connection... The report didn't DQ me, so does this mean I'm okay?

The report can only flag things that match specific patterns. The report is not the arbiter of what is disqualified or not.

Double taps are detected and not counted as multiple posts (per a ruling from Mark LaRue in a past contest.)

The report can't disqualify anyone.

If your number is drawn your user profile will be checked.
