Did anyone else go to parties out here? Shoot. Drive/ ride off-road. They are building a Cardinals facility there now.  Between Desert Ridge and Scottsdale road will be pavement. Not a hippie. I miss the old Arizona. |

I hadn't been on it for nearly 10 years and a couple years ago decide to go that way to Fountain Hills and the development was incomprehensible. I'm still pissed about Greasewood Flats but they didn't really have a choice. |

In 1971, I had a sail plane ride from there. I later decided to get a private pilot (powered) license. I joined Academy Flyers...flew ouf of Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix. Jerry Foster signed off on my certification 8/13/1972. |
