So, I'm from down South and briefly lived in greater Phoenix metropolitan area about 4 years ago. My folks are getting to the point they need some help (Don't want them to end up in assisted living) and really looking forward to getting back out there soon. I need to stay busy and am looking for opportunities. I retired from a state DOT. However, my "gun" addiction is more important. If any of Y'all run a shop, or reloading business I would appreciate your contact info. Hell, I'm pretty good with wrenches too. I just want to stay busy and get dirty for part of a week to make extra cash for powder, primers and bullets.  Thanks in advance! |

Dillon Precision in Scottsdale maybe. If you were up here in Prescott, Ruger is always looking for people. ( though I here it is a tough place to work with high turnover rates) AZ game and fish frequently have postings for workers at the Ben Avery shooting range in various capacities |

Thank You! I'm a "Country Boy" that could live in a tent and watch the sunrise every morning because I don't need much. The one thing I really wan't to do is spend time with Y'all out west and set up a rifle for long distance shooting. We have been overrun with "Yotes" for some time here in the south and I really don't like them at all. The other game that I'm interested in taking is Javelina. We get "Crop Damage" stamps here and normally give the processed meat to folks that are hurting and can't afford to keep meat in the freezer. In essence, we fill those cheap styrofoam coolers after dark (in the winter) and place it on there front porches. Proud folks of Appalachia will never ask for help! However, it's my enormous pleasure (without recognition) to do what I can to help folks that can use some assistance. Anyhow, look forward to being part of the community again and living out my days giving of myself to others before myself. I've been blessed for over 60 decades to experience life and I want to give back to young folks and there future to make a positive impact! |
