Rumors are:

- XCal
- Dances in Colonial Heights

What about Hanson Bros?

Any others?

Hanshon Bro's is in the big GD thread, I'm pretty sure they said Form 4's until more guidance from ATF. I can't blame them.
Also Capital Armory is the same.

Not us, too many legal unknowns at this point for my comfort. The upside to all these other dealers not using form 4s is approval times are getting shorter.

And I'm spent.

Went to another store today that had a silencerco piston in stock. Walked out with a Gen 6 G17 (feels pretty good, considering glocks feel like garbage to me) and a Huxwrx flow 22 for my sons rifle.

Well, the way I see it, this is a win-win, because shorter form 4 times means more cans in people’s hands, while non-NFA transfers means the same thing.

If I’m understating book of faces posts correctly, add Red Hill Tactical to the list.

Odd tho because they’re in Maryland.

Guidance just came down from ATF.

The gist is FFLs are free to transfer suppressors without a Form 4.

Here is a list of FFLs selling suppressors:

The Director of the BATFE publicly stated they will respect the injunction and will not attempt to prosecute anyone covered under law:

It was discussed around page 166 of this thread:

https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/Federal-Court-Strikes-Down-NFA-Registration-on-untaxed-firearms/5-2853946/&page=166

At least 4 FFLs have passed their ATF audits after selling suppressors without Form 4s.

For customers who are not GOA members, some FFLs are choosing to require approved Form 4s while others are still transferring on Form 4s only for everyone.  Others are complying with the injunction.

I understand Americans disagree.  For example, many  Americans believe the 2A only applies to a “militia” and that means the National Guard, so all civilian-owned guns are illegal (those people are wrong, but still allowed to have an opinion).

The law does not say what you are allowed to do; it only states what you are prohibited from doing.  The injunction is clear, and there are no suppressor ownership impediments in the Commonwealth of Virginia (yet).

If you are not comfortable with owning a suppressor without an approved Form 4, that’s your choice and your right not to own one.

He says guidance is coming, it's not here yet.

I'm all for it, I just need to know how to handle the ATF paperwork to ensure we are compliant.
