| Where do you SW NH guys go for transfers. I went to Trader Johns today, and he wanted $50 to do a transfer. I told him to have a nice day. I might be willing to travel to central NH if there is a nice shop that will do it for a fair price. |
| What kind of transfer are you looking for? Dealer to dealer, Private to dealer(as in you bought a gun out of state from a private party and need a transfer), or private sale? Impact guns also has a dealer locator that lists fees for transfers. If it's a private sale just make sure they have a current NH pistol license. |

JR's Gunsmithing in Londonderry. A little to the east but only $10.00 per transfer!

I contacted a guy that is willing to do, he actually lives right down the street from me and will do it for $15. Thanks for your responses. Would you share the info for the FFL you used? I'm also in the SW corner and could always use another good dealer. Thanks! |

I might be willing to travel to central NH if there is a nice shop that will do it for a fair price. That's typical Trader John's. A friend of mine called me up wanting to go gun shopping one day. He decided he had to have a Marlin lever action in .45-70 and he was our first stop. When my friend asked him to see the rifle, the owner said "Why, you aren't going to buy today anyway". My friend pulled the wad of $100 bills out of his pocket, flashed them and started to walk out. The owner tried to get us to come back in, but we just kept on going to Alstead and bought there. |

Yeah after this last experience I am done going there. Every time I go in there the prices are higher, and I feel more and more unwelcome(even though I have bought guns and accessories there).
I tend to go to Alstead more, but their prices can be absolutely insane. |
