| Have an opportunity to move to riverside from fresno for a job. Moved here 4 years ago from the Midwest so not a lot of experience in California. Fresno has been a fairly conservative area. What’s riverside like? How are the schools? Any info appreciated |
| The Riverside County Sheriff is one of the early, perhaps first announced Republican gubernatorial candidate. Top man. Big 2A and CCW supporter. TBH, with the Dems sliming up the race and the national levels of game playing and attention seeking, other "names" may squeeze him out. Too bad. I'd suggest in some ways Riverside (city) is like Fresno. Diverse, nice areas, problem areas. I'd suggest the area as a whole more right than left, it would depend on where you are as to neighborhood and schools, etc. I live in SBdo county near the Riverside county border where L.A., Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties come together. Not a lot of "rich" areas, maybe some "old" money in Riverside and then Palm Springs area. Those that live there might have more accurate "locating" info. |
