Does anyone know where I can purchase reloading components near Cook county or any of the nearby surrounding counties? I know most components will be hard to find, I am just looking for some pistol powder, preferably accurate 2 or 5, but I will also take some Hodgdon titegroup if available. It would also be nice if they had small pistol primers, although I know I will probably have better luck trying to find a hen with teeth. I am just trying to avoid the $20 hazmat charge for shipping. Thanks

| Unfortunately you may have to suck it up and spend the $20 haz mat fee. I travel around the southeast and stop wherever I can, and powder is not as hard to find as primers but both are tough right now. I went in with two other reloaders and bought a bunch of powder and primers through Mid South, and we are on week nine of the wait. If you buy a bunch of product the $20 is not really that bad. |
